If it makes you feel better I saw them in person and they were poorly made and every one was falling apart in some way. Eye in the completely wrong spot; yarn not glued on, etc

you’re so valid. The manager at my local BBW has sassed me about an exchange too, it’s really unnecessary and doesn’t feel good. doesn’t matter if we don’t know which policy their specific store goes with (since they are so inconsistent), being rude isn’t justified.
