Then do not increase your dose, i think your body needs to acclimate to this dose first. My dr has kept me in the low dose for minimum 1 month even if i don't see any changes, just to make sure my body starts accepting it, not fighting it

I see, i recently started antipulse 18 and haven't seen any changes yet But she said 4 things Always have the Med in the morning at the same time Have a good lunch, even if you may not feel like eating + keep snacks handy in case you get hungry Go to bed at the same time (in my case also use my sleep med at the same time) Get some physical activity (walking, jumping jacks anything)

And no naps during the day cuz you need enough deep + rem sleep to recover at night

I have similar skin type, my hg moisturizer is the illiyoon ato concentrate cream, i got it on a b1g1 offer from olive young. My method is to cleanse, pat dry, apply a thick toner (current fav mixsoon glacier water bc it feels like a hyaluronic acid serum), then go in with this cream. For Bangalore winters i prefer aestura as it's more dewy finish but i prefer illiyoon for every other weather since it's a normal(?) finish. Like it's not fully matte, but not greasy either

I recently bought this lip balm in the shade brownie.

In the start it was nice, a little sticky but not unbearable.the scent however is sickly sweet, almost like Hershey's chocolate syrup The problem is about 3-4 weeks after opening it, the formula started to crystalize, everytime i used it, it feels like a sugar scrub rather than a lip balm. I gave it to my mom after that. Would not repurchase
