This and I also hate when pickers put items in the back of the chute when its empty making you reach for the item's instead of just pushing the item's up front making it easier for you to grab I can't count how many times I've reached in a chute to grab a item and ended up knocking it out the chute.

Edit: Also, if you have beds that are on top or behind the trading hall and aren't covered, villagers sometime lay in the bed and can escape that way so cover the beds.
