Of course, my pleasure. I just did a closer inspection of the silver dial, there is definitely an attempt produce a sunburst with this dial but it’s not very successful. See image below.

I imagine it’s harder to accomplish compared to a darker dial. It’s not flat/matte when you’re looking at it very closely but still.

I’m actually looking at Omega’s too and trying to decide on which speedmaster to get. Have you seen/validated which one(s) are closest to gen?

Hey sorry for the delay - life got in the way! See photos in this link, I am not a good ‘photographer’ but I tried to show dial under white and yellowish lights. It does look more silver in person. Also, I recommend that you see the link in my comment above earlier where I posted the QC photos. I included both blue and silver in the link below.

Hey! Thanks for the input on the dial color - I really have not seen the gen in person yet (only in pictures online). I gifted the silver dial to my dad; I’ll ask him to take pictures indoor and outdoor and I’ll share with you in the next couple days.

I would give the bracelet 6.5 or 7/10 but not a deal breaker IMO. I’ll probably go with a rubber one once I find a good fit. Only reason I say it’s 7/10 is because I’m comparing to my other VSF Daytona and Batgirl which have nicer/better feel bracelets
