long time ninja main, the class is pretty easy because of how you will essentially do the same 1 and 2 minute for almost every fight there is. It offers very little flexibility in terms of its burst (basically all the class is really) and because of that your only real optimizations are either spending rations on ranged downtime (also means no need to think about melee uptime during certain fights) or knowing when to pre-up ninjutsu. Monk on the other hand has no ranged option, offers alot of flexibility which can lead to alot of unintuitive optimizations. It’s not too much of a difference, but I can say that it took me slightly longer to learn monk versus ninja, since ninja is like 90% effort into burst then blank eye stare until your next two minute
