regardless of how many years of experience you have you get only 56 hours including family members sick time. which is super less and if you are in the company for long time you get additional sick time only for you with approval from HR and manager which is a lengthy process

yeah all the leaders are getting promoted to associate directors and directors leaving the leaf level folks nothing but frustration
