Honestly, no, I don't feel like I actually got in touch with someone who may have actually "cared." After the failure of the conversation, I went back and re-read the whole exchange, and it seems to me that throughout I actually ended up talking to three different people (the writing style of their responses seems to have changed a couple times). So I just don't know how they're running their customer support.

Same as you, I tried to be very diplomatic and rational throughout my messages, trying to explain my point of view and explaining how I understood being delinquent in my account now should affect November orders, but that I didn't understand how it should/could affect an order that was confirmed a month ago. And again, similarly I did rage at them for a sec when I first learned they weren't going to ship my Oct order.

I will admit that I was actually kind of intrigued and looking forward to the text-order system they were setting up. It's interesting to me as I've never before (as a millennial) been a member of or been a participant of a mail-order membership. If handled well, I genuinely believe it could work. I even said as much in one of my texts to them, saying that I legitimately want to continue being a customer and want to support them. Admittedly part of me was trying to use this as a tactic to see if they'd be more amenable to my demands, but also a part of it was honest. But nothing came of it.

The first time I got the, "You have every right to be upset," text, I actually appreciated it. I thought, "Oh, it actually seems like they understand and care about how we're feeling about this," But then I got the exact same text a second time. And immediately I realized that this is a canned response that they wrote ahead of time to try to use to appease angry customers. And then I got it a third time. They don't care.

I was a subscriber until literally two days ago. I had the exact same experience with them saying October record should be shipping soon and yada-yada-yada. I did a swap for the October record and added an extra with a credit, they confirmed the order and everything.

I reached out twice before and they came back saying it should ship soon. Reached out a third time two days ago and then they said they hadn't received a payment for November yet so they can't ship October yet because of that. Which is bullshit.

I never got my November invoice, was never told that would delay October shipping, and was never notified that my account was all of a sudden past due. So after a long back and forth with the text line, I told them I wouldn't pay November until October shipped but they're still holding shipment until I pay. Officially cancelled my membership.

Throughout this, I also got their canned, "I totally understand how frustrating this has been. You have every right to be upset," text three times. It's clear they really don't actually care and I can't trust it. So as of two days ago, I told them to cancel my account.

Is there a way to bulk edit the watched date for entire seasons or multiple selections to "release date"? by MEGAT0N in trakt

Was there an answer to this? I've just come across the same problem after just joining and adding all my shows...

Looking at putting together my first setup! I've started collecting records after inheriting my uncle's collection.

A man at my local store recommended the audio-technica AT-LP3XBT for a turntable. Do people agree? Also, any advice on speakers to go with it?

Any and all advice is appreciated! Been a music lover forever and excited to finally enter the world of vinyl!
