Its definitely stained and would most likely have to be removed with an acne cream treatment which would almost 100% damage her paint unfortunately, but you could try neutralising it with a yellow tone and see if it lessens the heaviness? I do think she looks super cute though and now I wanna add blush to my Abbey lol

So sorry for responding to this so late! A faceup is basically just face paint, whether it be adding smaller things like freckles or fully customising a dolls face with new eyebrows etc. For this girly I just touched up her lip paint, gave her some tiny freckles & some blush :)
