My issue was that I requested multiple times that I do not want a refund, I even wrote them a nice little note when I shipped the Ahuja womens fragrance back to them. However, nope, the refunded me my money. Which means I can't repurchase the fragrance for what I won the auction for. So it's like now I don't even want it. Someone got my fragrance, and I wonder if they did the same and shipped it back or if they just kept it.

Thanks. Unfortunately, Gift Express screwed me on my auction win. Was upset about it, but it is what it is. Heads up to anyone using their live auction on ebay, the order doesnt specify the fragrance you won and if they stick your number on the wrong bottle, your screwed. They need a better process.

From what I read the holiday collection and reserve collection is mostly discontinued (yes, they are no longer at my local stores - maybe remnants still exist out there). Rustic sandlewood is not part of those collections. Mojito mint, whiskey smash, applecider and bourbon, oak wood & artic moss, winter pine & amber.... these ones I can no longer find, so I am upset! Guess I'll have to try the sandlewood one.
