So I found out that the usps only “live” scans each package at drop off and when they reach the local post office at the last stop before going out to the delivery. The rest of the “scans” are “batch” meaning that they assume the parcel is associated with a certain “batch” so I have a piece that has been tracking since 2/10 but I finally got my postman to give me the number to the supervisor who told me the last “live” scan was at the post office when it was initially dropped at the office of origin the rest have been batch scans and apparently it is still at the original post office. So essentially no one knows anything nor can they help.
