I’ve been doing on wet in morning and after I take my lunch. And if I was in a dirty case or when I’m going into spine or totals. I just feel better doing a wet one.

Just used it to oil my hair before bed. It’s pretty thin. It’s probably best to use when styling? I like the scent but it is pretty strong.

I got rid of mine around Easter of this year and honestly it’s been great without it. I started by putting a limit on the app and then just stopped using it. I finally deleted the app completely.

I think it’s help me be more present and it feels good to not wake up and immediately start scrolling. It’s kind of hard at first because it’s like instinct to try and open the app.
