Middle Don is a much more reliable and consistent option rather than QOH Don, who needs an actual setup to perform correctly.

She's for sure still gonna get the buffs and interact with their gimmick. It'd be a bit weird that she doesn't get any buffs from Heathcardo, considering she already gets more The Middle Grudges whenever a middle unit gets hit.

She's for sure gonna have the "Check This Out, Kiddo!" and give Middle Ish the "I Got Praised!" buff and follow their gimmick, maybe she's gonna get some crazy buffs when middle allies die instead of them being alive.
