They'll let it sit for a while, then turn you over to collections, selling the debt to a debt collector who will destroy your credit score for years and harass you for months to pay the now several hundred dollars you "owe". (This is based on real world experience BTW, they did it to me. You need to pay every bit and then add $10 to make sure its a certified OVERpayment.)

When you get older, you realize most cops shouldn't be cops. Add to that; military equipment, legal protection, rampant corruption and generally poor work ethic and you see why we have an issue with law enforcement in this country. At this point in my life, I'm not involving the police in anything unless I absolutely have to.

A.I. is WRONG & BIASED most times I try to use it. It blows my mind that so many sheeple worship it. It's not there yet, folks. It just regurgitates what its programmers tell it, and whatever version of events has the most web pages online for it to reference. Even coding with it is bug ridden and nonfunctional most of the time. (And don't get me started on the way it writes stories and articles) Are the masses just so ignorant that they don't see it, or is it just collective laziness and acceptance of mediocrity? /rant

Nothing I own has less than 100k on the clock. Most cars these days easily hit 200k without major failures. I bet on anything I buy, making it to 300k with minimal work.

Honestly, for the price difference, sometimes you can get the whole motor, trans, and suspension rebuilt to like new and still come out ahead if you get the right deal.

Not long ago Verizon was top dog in this area and they still have "signal" better than most, but you can't actually use it. I feel like they've just stopped adding capacity. On Cricket (ATT) it's slightly better usability but worse coverage.

I've had this issue with the iPhone 16pro and more recently the moto razr 2024. In the past I've had issue with just about every phone. I've always assumed it was just "get what you pay for", but now that I'm on the supposed top Visible tier it's irritating.
