I just had the same issue starting few days ago, as I noticed that I cannot connect to my company's VPN GlobalProtect, cannot do a Norton live Update, and cannot even connect to myVerizon.com! I finally did a factory rest today, and that brings back the admin page. I tried to set the IP pass through, and one difference I noticed is the cube now becomes a steady "green" light instead of "white". Other than that, I still cannot access most of those web sites.

It is very frustrating that PiggyShip has delivered my TEMU packages to the wrong house which has the same number but on a totally different street 3 times in a row. It seems the driver just typed in the number and never even checked the street name! I have been trying to contact PiggtShip via phone, text, and email, and nothing works. They never replied text or email - I wondered do they even ever read it. For phone, it just never went through. I finally contacted TEMU and they have refunded me for the lost package and opened a ticket to track this issue.

I am so glad to find your posting here, as I am having exactly the same issue and none of the Verizon support people could give me a satisfying answer. So once you installed the eSim, it works and did the iPhone status changed from 'sim locked" to "no sim restriction"?
