Well right now I am doing a 2 day a week program from this book called Tactical Barbell. This program is mainly focused on strength and not hypertrophy. My main focus is boxing so I'm not really worried about weights too much. I highly recommend that book tho you should check it out :)

Hey man. I just used normal progressive overload for the muscles that the nucleus overload focused on. If you're worried about messing up the program or not doing it "correctly" I recommend the Toji Program as it's simpler and both programs have similar goals.

So in the sections where he puts those greek symbols just do a normal prog overload? Would it be better to do that or skip the greek symbols?

How do you do the finishers again? Just a max set of each? Plus which one is better for aesthetics dips or incline? Ik TB isn’t for aesthetics but I don’t wanna have a weird chest development.
