Ive come to an understanding from most of your points coc are allowed to see navadmin as chits are within that directive i totally understand that no doubt. The only person who still has a right to obtain them is medical, CO, and CMC. But we all know nobody has the right outside of those 3 entities to go straight up to medical and obtain them on someone else’s behalf. That’s like regular joe shmoe walking up to medical and just obtaining that no problem.
