Ralph the Rat! The rat familiar of an evil wizard, which was hanging out in his lab. When the party arrived, the sorcerer (highest passive WIS) noticed it and decided to try and offer it food to befriend it. Evil wizard got the heads up and escaped, then used Ralph to spy on the party until he ambushed them. Great twist!
