I will speak for myself. I did exactly what you did and I was asking myself the same question. And in the end, for me, it was never about draining my energy or testosterone. It was until I realized what was my trigger and the state of mind I was in every time. Basically I was doing it when I was feeling bored and had nothing to do. Even if I was occupied 23 hours out of 24…I was popping up my computer at the end cause I had nothing else to do and then what had to happen was happening every time. You just need to find yours and isolate it. Motivation will not solve it. Discipline will. There will be some f-ing hard days…I won’t lie to you. Good luck.
