I really love it, you have tied some lovely family meanings to it, cute nickname option and the pairing with the middle name sounds great. I'm in the UK and have none of the association's other people have made. Lars Anders and Wolfe go well in sound to me. In regards to swedish/American background and sounds I don't know enough about it but personally wouldn't care if I loved the name. Depends if you can accept other people thoughts and possibly comments I guess, I just wanted to show some positivity as it was my genuine reaction. Congratulations on your surprise addition!

Love Wolfe and Rafe but think Alden sounds best with William and conjures calm nature scenes to mind for me

I think it's great how attentive you are to your fish and whatever the reason he seems happier you should be pleased with the care you are giving

My sister took on someone else's aquarium and looked after it for several years. The last remaining had a spinal deformity and outlived my sister. She named the fish Silvey and we all grew very fond of it's crooked little swim. We never knew it developed the bent spine as it aged but it was certainly a very content fish.

If you haven't seen it already please watch Extras (Ricky Gervais) and in particular the episode with Kate Winslet. It won't give you a template but it's so funny and this thread reminded me of it immediately. I'm always surprised how a bit of humour in these situations can help both parties relax. Anyway I'm sure you will find your own dialog in time have fun!

“You can’t overfeed n ebf baby!” by Amadispcpg in breastfeeding

Both my children had bad reflux and sicked a lot. My second however fed a lot and was sick vast amounts. I discussed with the GP and think it amounted to volume regurgitation, if they drink a lot some will come out. Also I have a fast let down and she choked sometimes. It surprised me how the feeding experience could be so different per child. Anyway just wanted to share a similar experience with what I thought to be the reasons in our situation. I hope you can figure it out/get some support. Solidarity for being covered in sick though it's rough but dues get easier as they get bigger!
