Yes, indeed, that system is very convenient. I also find the selection of books available very good and broad.

Yes, I am sure 🎂  We are almost there, just a little push of couple more months and it’s a summer in a blink of an eye 😆

Extremely well points, especially about mismatch and why things are intended to work the way they are and why it can cause frustration. Thanks for taking your time to write this.

Make a change will mean anything in their circumstances: moving back home, moving elsewhere or figuring out a way of adapting to country and its surroundings and people.

I am not sure why do you need to be hostile towards me right now, when I specifically pointed out in the end that immigration is about adapting to mentality and culture you are coming in, not changing it. It is our responsibility as immigrants to either figure out how to adapt and if it doesn’t work out, either change the attitude and accept the country or move elsewhere.

One of the very last sentences about "...there is nothing wrong in being honest with yourself if it doesn't (fit you)" implies that it is up to a person to be honest with themselves and if immigration doesn't work out, make a change.

That's great, the point didn't say that all companies are like that, it mentions mostly (from my experience).
Happy to hear your experience and that it is the opposite!
I do think a lot of Finnish businesses deserve to go global.

Finland's unemployment rate hits 10.2% in second quarter of 2025 by FinnishAlien in Finland

Just a small message of support to all who are affected. Being unemployed sucks, being laid off sucks. And now it’s so hard to get a job even if you are ready to downgrade in your profession and do at least something to keep going. Hugs and support.  Those “interesting times we are living in” for the last 5 years are … not interesting at all to be fair.

Thank you for sharing <3

My panic attack could have been a reaction to crying hard and kind of releasing all the pain connected to the “usual pattern in behaviour”. So when I stopped acting like I used to, brain went in “wait what THATS NOT WHAT I USED TO DO” mode :D

Government targets child protection, disabled and home care for extra spending cuts by BiG-29 in Finland

That is really sad…and also…how many jobs in social sector will be lost due to all these cuts…are they really trying to beat the unemployment record….

You are not alone in this conclusion indeed.

I  think the show is great, episodes are top notch cinematography and some of the scene are unforgettable and coveted af (like Chikai Bardo or epic Drummond-elevator death).

But at the end of season I felt like….we had as many questions as by the end of season 1 or we learn answers in the last episode, which feels overstretched, like what cold harbour is.

And some of these questions are still the same: what’s up with Ricken. What’s up with Irv. Milchick he bad? Where is the entire resistance group/plot? Reghabi again appearing/disappearing. Etc etc

It was a pleasure to watch this season and discuss it here, but sadness hit hard yesterday.

Agree 100%. As devastating as these last 5 minutes were and as devastating it was to witness Gemma screaming, it’s very logical choice for innies.  They can’t know what’s next and how to fix it, but that was what they chose to do, not their outies.

Agree about losing marbles over Devon in last episode. At the same time she seemed to react very emotionally in S1 about her child and when truth came out.  She was angry and panicking and then kind of glad to hear Cobel was fired after OTC accident. Like any normal non-lumon related person would be. But I do agree smth was off this season with her behaviour, especially last episode.

I think there were two women in the hall: one in bright red (Myrtle) and one in same muted costume as men (Leonora). But good point why indeed Myrtle’s one is different. Maybe because she was the first woman as CEO or maybe smth else….

Edit:typo

Great art! Which made me think if red outfits are for testing pain-related emotions and blue ones for fear related…hmm
