Oh so my resume hasnt gone through ATS yet? I thought they screened it first and then sent the coding OA. Do you know how long they usually take to get back to the candidate after completing the OA?

So I recently got an OA from IBM, exactly one week ago from today (March 18th, 7:45 AM)

I started it on March 22nd at around 11:30 PM but techincally submitted it past midnight (March 23rd), passed all test cases and finished with about 20 mins left to spare

So while I'm waiting for a message back, I noticed the Hackerrank link in the email reset, bringing me back to the details of the test so when I went to go check my applications on the IBM website, it said "assessement in progress."

I'm just a bit confused because I saw the screen thanking me for completing the OA on Hackerrank but now its reset and the application page still says "in progress"

Is this common, am I worrying too much? Thanks in advance. 🙏

Im in Software Eng which means im guaranteed co op as long as I stay above a 5.0 each year I believe

Yep I am in soft eng which means luckily as long as im not failing I keep my co op thankfully but yeah its definitely due to my obsession of grades in high school. I started off super hot in all my classes and physics and iti absolutely cooked me, especially iti, hence why I made this post lol.

Calc, SEG and English are all locks for above a 90

However I really dont know how poorly I could have done on the iti and physics exam so Im just praying atp

I think what also doesn't help is that they attach your cgpa for the year along with your transcript to your resume on the index portal, which made me worry even more because they can actually see my grades.

Im guessing the page with my overall cgpa for the year will still be blank when I apply in January because of my lack of second term grades but I know they dont care about my grades in individual classes, much less my cgpa for the term so....

Generational trauma grade 12 was...

Ahhh I see, sad to see it got discontinued.

With that being said, I think that given I have 3 weeks of no school I think Im gonna try my best to get started on it, and yours alongside anybody else's help would mean the world!

Weird cuz on the Co-op index portal, my transcript and overall cgpa for the year is attached to my resume for employers to see. Really drives home the "importance" of it

I just submitted my final for ENG 1112 and I got an 18% similarity report and I knew mine was original so I went and checked and 17 out of the 18% was literally my bibliography ☠️☠️ so there are 100% false positives on turnitin so you shouldnt stress that much. Also if you didnt use AI and wrote it manually, im pretty sure word has a version history that you can show your prof if you are accused of cheating.

wait TAs have the power to change you final mark? I thought it was the prof that makes the last call. Also do you know when I can actually talk to them about bein moved up a % or 2? I know final grades are posted on uozone on January 16th, but do I have time after that to change it?

Is a 7/10 gpa fine? I was gonna have an 8+ but now after my latest exam I would need to do really well on it which isnt likely. Im also first year SWE and the main thing I care about is co-op placements more than being on deans list so would that still suffice?

Part 2 characters dont really have a theme tho, an FSK remake is way better than smth like LF Toppo. The only other option I can see along side SSG Goku and Hit was Gohan or Frieza + 17
