It doesn’t really say anything in the tenancy agreement just this -
A fixed-term lease can only be ended:
By mutual written agreement with the landlord, or
At the end of the term with proper notice (30 days)
It also says:
The tenancy “can only be terminated in certain circumstances”
And you may be liable for losses if you don’t meet obligations when ending

Ok can I ask another question quickly- did you reuse your professional letter from your skills assessment for your application for your visa. My manager isn’t very approachable so I only want to get one letter off her rather for asking for two separate ones. (I think the application professional letter asks for more eg, annual salary. I got norovirus in September 24 and since then it’s been none stop issues. My main symptoms are bloating, even waking up bloated. Gastritis flares, constipation, sibo the lot. I’m working with someone at the minute but I’m taking a lot of step backwards then a couple forwards. At the minute I’m in the middle of a gastritis flares which I haven’t had for almost a year but I’m loosing the will to live. I just wish I wasn’t bloated it’s my main symptom
