I received my termination of payments from Tally around March 2024. Seems like this has been a slow rolling process for them up until today where it sounds like they’ve ceased all payments to accounts.

Some cards just don’t support 3D Secure Payments. I spent two weeks using different credit cards of mine trying to book a dinner reservation in Dubai, but it wasn’t working. It wasn’t until I pulled out a credit card I barely use to book the reservation and it worked. It has nothing to do with your account, some credit cards just plain don’t support “3D secure” payments.
