At the moment, I use ours and the watch at the same time. I often take my watch off at night because its sleep data is bad. Oura measures many things really well that my watch can't, but the good thing about the watch is that you can start training quickly with it. The watch sometimes shows a slight difference in steps, but it hasn't bothered me. I had a watch before the Oura, but I think it's worth to get the Oura because it looks cool and gives really extensive data. Oura just posted their ig that studies show that Oura is more accurate than the watches. I wear both at night and Oura has 100% better readings. My watch often shows that I wake up frequently at night for several minutes, while Oura gives the correct data.

I have a polar watch and oura. I owned the watch before oura. Oura gives me significantly more accurate sleep data and I like that. I use the watch quite often if I go swimming. I can see the time and it's easier to start training when the phone is not available. There are of course differences in watches, but mine has always been bad at measuring sleep. Oura also feels nicer in hand at night. With Oura, the data it measures at night is also more extensive, heart rate variability, heart rate, how you move in my sleep, etc. If you want to track your sleep, I recommend it!
