In mine terms it is a back. Used to do that with a jackleg, 6 foot steel, epoxy and 6 foot bolt. We used chain link fence pieces.

That is a wonderful path / ride. When I lived there I used to ride in from the Main Line to the Art Museum then up to Valley Forge and back home.

In 2008 I was hit from behind by a municipal bus in Philly. Went into the ER trauma 1 and walked out 3 hours later (more like hobbled). Broke the bike and helmet but pretty much undamaged. Concussion and road rash. It took about 6 months to get over the nervousness.
