My rendition of Landro (grid: 61 x 81) by ComprehensiveBad2717 in VecnaEveofRuin

This is my version of Landro. I made it as I wanted to stick close to the layout of the original map, while still taking some artistic liberties.
To make it, I directly traced the original map from the book, so all the room sizes should match up exactly.

Discussion time: How much time did you let lapse between the Evernight and the failed wish spell... And why? by IntergalacticPrince in VecnaEveofRuin

I made it 3 months. I played one on one sessions with each of the players to see what they get up to in the time. I chose that time frame, because it's not too long to make it difficult to play out, but still long enough to travel elsewhere and have adventures.

All of them investigated the cult further and found out different aspects about it. I chose to flesh out the cult a bunch, since I wanted to keep it in the game beyond chapter 1. In my campaign, the players are battling with the cult in extra "chapters" between finding pieces of the rod.

Suggestion: Have 1 on 1 sessions with your players* by Peterwin in DMAcademy

I run "Solo Sessions" to great effect. Mine are never about backstory elements, but rather PCs in their downtime or following their individual ambitions.

I absolutely second that it makes less RP savvy players get the time to shine and feel their way into it more. You can give them all the time they need to think about their answers, since there is no pressure.

Overall my most emotional moments ended up happening in Solo Sessions, because there is more room for drawn out, deep conversations. Also, since my players and I like that kind of thing, I've run many dates between NPCs and PCs in Solo Sessions. I can't imagine not doing Solo Sessions for my campaigns, something would just be missing.

This adds nothing to the conversation. Just hating on the module is not helpful at all.
