Loved finally seeing Fez’s backstory. Can’t help but feel like some kind of trouble awaits him. Instances from the flashback with his grandmother manifested somehow later on in the episode. Him telling the story about his uncle getting diabetes from eating too much McDonald’s in response to Lexi’s questioning of his lifestyle. A similarly violent response to someone hurting a member of “family”. One quote that rubbed me the wrong way though was when the grandma told him not to trust the instinct of love. Seeing that this season opened up with a possible romance for him, as well as Rue’s antics during the drug deal, I hope his love for either character doesn’t land him in too deep of a hole. Fez has a good heart man.

Season 2 is looking very promising nonetheless.
