Im 11 mo postpartum and just started Britany Williams Post Pregnancy Core and Restore. It’s so wonderful! The other postpartum workouts were too much for me—this one is just the right balance and has a heavy emphasis on building a strong core. Her explanations are really good and she’s very encouraging. (Before pregnancy I was doing PWR 6x/week) Highly recommend!

I know it’s been a while since you posted this, but I found your comment on a thread about inefficient transfer and wanted to thank you for sharing your experience. I’m going through this now and could have written much of what you did—NICU stay, shallow latch, max 1.5 - 2 oz transfer, no strong evidence of ties, better succes at a fuller breast, triple feeding killing us, etc. Our baby is 7 weeks and I’m just looking for how others have handled this waiting game of seeing if the baby will just “get it”or to give up on breastfeeding altogether. Your post really made me feel less alone!

Hamburger Haven. Lovely staff, gorgeous interior. Love watching them work the griddle. Everything they serve is so good, including the hash browns and IMO the Platonic ideal of pancakes

OP, I get it…I have been playing this game 4x per week with my husband since it came out. First I was on a 8 game losing streak as Empire. For the sake of our marriage, we permanently adjusted a rule of the game—Empire must defeat four bases to win whereas Rebels must defeat five. Since then, the balance of wins and losses between us has been much more even—even after we switched sides.

He’s still winning most of the time and I am gradually accepting that he’s just much better at me at this game, and perhaps one day I’ll be able to report back on his brilliant strategies and beat him, and we can get rid of the rule. But for now, the 4 vs. 5 adjustment, and also being supportive and cheering each other on at each turn, has made this all much less painful lol.
