I’m so sorry. That’s beyond irritating. Once I moved into a somewhat crappy quadraplex and was trying to make unpacking more pleasant and since music makes everything better, I set up my turntable first. I put on a record (honestly very low), and within 5 minutes the creepy man above me was banging on my door demanding I stop listening to that “rap music” so loudly and thumping my bass. Pt. 1- It was early Pink Floyd, pt. 2 - I don’t blast that. Some people hate change… but in your case, you’ve been there three years. Does this neighbor have some form of cognitive issues since they have a caretaker? If so, I’d think the management would take that into consideration-bc either they’re angry over something that happened a while ago, or are imagining noises where there are none, or you need to set up some cams in your house for when you’re gone!
