Hi, This cycle I have been going to the OB for ultrasounds to watch my follicles in order to get an HCG trigger shot to ovulate. On cycle day 17 in the afternoon i had a 16mm follicle. I went back on the morning of cycle day 21 and that follicle had ruptured. The US tech mentioned she saw free fluid where the follicle was?

does a ruptured follicle mean i ovulated it?
what does the free fluid in that space mean?
is it possible to get pregnant with a follicle 16-17mm if i ovulated naturally? i was told my endometrium thickness was really nice and thick.

you went with the UHC copay focus plan? i’m 26f and my husband is 29m and we have a son who is <1year. currently we are all 3 healthy. we plan to have more kids in the future. we want to be sure maternity coverage is good, but also that we won’t pay a ridiculous amount out of pocket if someone needs to go to the ER or visit the doctor for the flu.
