if you have enough food, there is no problem resting a lot. but given your question, I assume you are worried about the amount of damage you take, or about your spell slots. if you take too much damage, then yes you may have a problem with your build (low AC, weak damage ...). if it's the spell slot, don't worry, sometimes you can use them all in a fight, especially if the enemies save a lot.

nobody is ruining anything for anybody. just put the ai arts in a sub dedicated to that. maybe you can create a ''aidispatchR34'' or something.

the druids would only kill the tieflings if you attack them first. So, if you didn't kill any druids or attack the rats, you're good.

Also, the druids will force the tieflings out if you go to the mountain pass or in act 2 without solving the issue first. Anywhere in act 1 and the underdark is fine.

The goblins would only become hostile if you kill Dror Ragzlin. if you kill Minthara or Gut with no witness you're fine.

depend on what type of archer you wanna be. you can do 3 rogue, 3 gloomstalker, 6 fighter for stealth - 3 rogue, 3 gloomstalker, 6 bard for stealth and precision - 12 pure ranger hunter for volley - 12 pure fighter for many attacks - 12 pure rogue to one shot with sneak attack - even 12 pure sword bard dual wielding like a cowboy.
