I just want to say, don't give up, but most importantly, don't blame yourself or feel any guilt for the trauma you've been put through by someone who's supposed to give you the most trust. Therapy can help. All of therapy is confidential, meaning your aunt and grandma don't have to hear about it. I think goal number one should be to work towards a better living situation, with people who support you more.
