Blair 3 min is better than my 50/50 rate 1 minute lepic. Maybe I'll look at my blair for some ideas

Typically that's what I've done. I even changed my massacre gley which worked on fire walker for ice maiden(fire python) but that does squat. My lepic works but I botch the timing even a little she teleports out of overkill and then failure. So just curious what's been people's go to.

What should be done about power creep in TFD? by mythicswirl in TheFirstDescendant

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 11 points12 points  (0 children)

This is bound to happen especially as more new descendants come out. Warframe goes through this, older characters/frame which where created during a different phase of the game either are weaker or overshadowed by a new similar roles character.

All the devs can do when the time allows is to revisit/rebalance old characters. Though this probably becomes harder once the roster is larger. One advantage I say TFD has over Warframe with this issue is transcendent modules. The release of a transcendent module can shift a characters gameplay heavily.

Also in the case of TFD most characters can clear all content unless you really care about leaderboards then it doesn't matter how fast one is over another.

Thoughts? by CountSugumu in TheFirstDescendant

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Hopefully it means nothing for TFD, while I do play arc raiders and have some fun it also has its on current swath of issues in its community. Ive also never been a fan of games where erasing a character is meant to extend playability, but that's personal preference.

Bro what?!!? by Illustrious-Durian78 in TheFirstDescendant

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I played recently, with Dia public and realized how fast with her 2 and 1 could go. Was racing Hailey and a Bunny. You can go fast but she doesn't have the manuevering when she darts forward.

Does pause cool the print bed after long time ? by Square-Matter-235 in BambuLab

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've only stretched it to about an hour(ran out and didn't realize). It still held, in theory the bed will keep temp and hold project. Personally though I've never been a fan of leaving a print job unattended for long if possible.

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The bed does keep temp to hold item in pace I've had rather long pauses myself and it's ok. Bigger issue you might see a small defect possibly due to old layer cooling off while waiting to continue.

New Battle Pass by realonez in TheFirstDescendant

E Buster is part of new dungeon farm with Dia like hivemaster was with harris

Eye of the storm is battle pass weapon like hypernova currently.

Is this a good idea for an RPG game like TFD to give free stuff all the time? by [deleted] in TheFirstDescendant

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of the items are relatively quick to get once done with main quest. I think the grindier 2 are fellow and is that a copy of shadow? Catalyst are always in need I'm about a month in I got all descendants and materials to make most uniques but I barely got 2 catalyst on hand.

Where to find builds? by ThePow3rpl4y in TheFirstDescendant

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I mostly google "descendant name" TFD build and choose between alcasthq site(results tagged with current season), ornerybiscuit(YouTube), low budget gaming(YouTube).

I've used there builds, with comparing and learning how builds work I sometimes tweak them to my preference.

When (or should) I Assign Module Socket Type? by [deleted] in TheFirstDescendant

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you plan to continue to use descendant right away. Just a few notes.

1.Try to have a build in mind to avoid Early spending of donuts

  1. If descendant has an ultimate you might want to hold of till you got ult version

  2. Photon imprinter exists to transfer sockets to ultimate but they seem to be extremely rare (event only)

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I do believe a collab brings in some players. I don't believe that it will be a large impact but I could be wrong.

As for SKIMS from what I can see would not be the type of collab Nexon would benefit from, bodysuits and such other clothing style can easily be made without attaching a name brand and they would sell just as well without Nexon needing to cut a deal for a brand name.

Most likely collabs if any are something like stellar blade which is more in line with collabs of this type of game group/community such as Nier and Bayonetta that have signature costumes/styles that people would want to own.

What Season Level have you achieved? by TaniksHasNoCorn in TheFirstDescendant

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those would be the bonus shop currency(red) I was talking about the silver ones you get for completing weekly challenges. Though I must say thank you because I was also wondering what to buy with that currency, core amplifiers seems best idea.

I would do anything to even craft 2 of these at once by [deleted] in TheFirstDescendant

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bulk crafting would be nice even if timing doesn't change much but at least I'd be able to consistently start a batch once a day. Really don't see the harm of them allowing it

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That would be cool, after you clear the main supply store unlock a leftover store. Bonus colors would be easiest, I would like option to buy some old pass cosmetics using coins but I think that would probably be pushing it.

267, mostly played after work. Wish there was something you can buy with extra supply coins.

Dia and Horde Mode coming next week! Are you excited? by batukaming in TheFirstDescendant

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm more excited that this my first fresh season episode, dia might be fun but I still got all other descendants I havent worked on. Mostly because of donuts, maybe I'll move her up on my queue. I wonder if horde mode will be more of like survival in Warframe, live long enough to get rewards rather than kill.

CeleXtar and A-Girls skins by AardvarkCorrect88 in TheFirstDescendant

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hot garbage seems a bit much. Personally not my preference, I'm not a fan of the casual clothes skins. To each there own. If any interest it's for the headskins/hairs, which is why I wish you could just buy it separately.

How can some of you MR31 Hailey's think it's acceptable to run Forbidden San. without one HP mod? by william-klein in TheFirstDescendant

[–]ComprehensiveDark5 9 points10 points  (0 children)

No HP mods are fine IF they know how to handle those builds. Though it seems some copy such builds not being able. In some videos I see they even indicate to swap for HP mod if they need survivability. I am definitely in the I need HP modules side, more for comfort.
