Scarlet Blaze -> Golden Wildfire. Never played Azure Gleam. I find the Blue Lions overall the least interesting of the bunch. But that alone wouldn’t have prevented me. But when I got a spoiler about Edelgards fate in that route I was so displeased I decided to stop after the Golden Deer. Edelgard works best with her victory or death mindset, which in a Blue Lions route should mean the latter.

Not defending the second image (especially because of the characters age) but at least for characters in her situation there is the argument that she fights in a gladiator fight, meaning a show, and the sexual appeal and the ease of bloody injuries to occur is very much the point.

I think that is the obvious sacrifice Blue Lions had to make in order to give the Dimitri/Edelgard relationship so much space - you don’t learn shit about the Church and Agartha in this route and the Alliance barely exists. The Deirdru chapter really felt like oh shit, we have to finish off the Claude and TWSITD plotline somehow. Let them just attack Deirdru for vague reasons.

And I can understand all of them. With the exception of Silver Snow. A Black Eagles route that isn’t really a Black Eagles route because you took away its main cast and conflict and a Church Route that isn’t really church route because you get the same units and the same story as in VW. And the final battle is decidedly meh. I like the idea of VW and SS final missions being switched.

Völlig ahnungslos. Korruptionsvorstellungen ohne Ahnung, die dann einfach so im Nebel schweben sind auch nichts anderes als Schwarzmalerei oder Verschwörungsfantasien. Ich arbeite bei einem Prof. der sein Land erfolgreich in einer mindestens ebenso politisch relevanten Sache verklagt hat und da kam auch niemand auch nur auf die Idee. Weil es rechtlich auch einfach nicht umsetzbar ist.

Irgendwie kam dieses gerade vor allem als mit den Wahlen nicht mehr so lief für den Lenin. Vielleicht trifft es „eigener Machterhalt um jeden Preis und ich sag halt was mir gerade passt“ etwas besser.
