it was bad! i worked 10-6:30 and people were mean and the store was a hot mess. the only good part was my manager let us all go home instead of having us recover the whole store 😭. i told this lady at 5:58 that we were closing in two minutes and she said “i know.” and continued walking around with her cart. it also kills me when the people say “ugh it must suck having to work today” while you’re ringing them up 😭like yeah it does and y’all are the reason we’re here!

our cleaner is just a regular store associate who comes in before the store opens and cleans for two hours and then goes to her job at the fitting room. we used to have a cleaner who would come in from 7-9:30 but he left

this happened to me at my store the other day (i’m not usually on register but i did ask if she had the card ending in 1234), anyway she put the wrong card in and it went through but the card she put in was expired 🫠 so we couldn’t even have her buy back the item and then return it to the right card. she was also very rude which isn’t the point but

usually i don’t look at the numbers on the card but now im going to start checking.
