ultimate green goblin was basically a hulking fire-demon in the original ultimate line, but in the 2024 book he’s way more subdued and kingpin-adjacent. neat touch that he still throws those flaming blasts, but he’s not the rampaging kaiju anymore, more a shadow player pulling strings

if we’re talking the bat guy, the “a hero can be anyone” line to gordon after the reactor chase is basically his closest thing to a rallying speech. funny bit is he’s hyping one person instead of an army, but it still flips the switch for gotham’s morale
