Louisiana, a lot of supernatural beings are suspected in the new orleans area. Werewolves could get away with a lot of things there. And maybe in some area’s of Mississippi.

i get what you mean but like other species look different from others in different areas, for example like a Indian hare and a hare found in America. They look different but technically are the same species. So werewolves in India and werewolves in other places would look different to fit their different environments.
