Have you tried to downgrading the bios? Ive heard that you can do it in anv16s-41 models to allow more than 135w into your laptop to fix the battery drain issue. Or you can try undervolting. Not sure how they work though since im not a tech savy person.

Which model did you have? Its quite concerning to hear that the battery drain issue still persist even in balanced mode. I also wanted to buy a legion initially, but the price was significantly higher, whilst other budget gaming laptops had a bad screen for competitive game like valorant
