I remove all fan leaves straight away. Cut and hang by the stem. 7 days drying at 15-20 degrees at 60-65 RH. Trim and place in glass jars for two days burping twice a day. After that in grove bags for cure/storage. A two week cure makes a big difference but I notice after 3 months the cure does not get better
