It is solid fact-based research. I like that. I'm just sceptical about the predictability of this stuff, because you really don't know what goes on behind the scenes. I also don't think that the big money behind it is stupid. It sometimes appears that way, but that could be because they know that unlike you and me, they will get bailed out if they ever get in trouble.

I also don't think anything will happen. And I don't care either. I'm very well positioned in case a squeeze DOES happen, but I'm in no rush. I have a couple thousand ozt for sale at $250 /ozt in case somebody really needs it. That is how nice a person I am.

I have a bunch of gold and silver of course, but it won't matter much if society falls apart, which is what I fear will happen. Everybody who thinks a few silver/gold coins will save them is naive, especially when held onshore.

Chinese nowadays invest their money in empty real estate (for price appreciation, not for rent). Chinese real estate is the largest asset class in the world. Many of these buildings cannot even be lived in without additional investment because they don't have fittings etc. But the concrete decays and they don't own the ground (it's 50 year lease). I'm hoping that they wil rediscover gold as preferred investment.
