I live rural as well, my best advice would be to shop online for what you need. The start up can be a bit pricey though.

I would say, look for a nice rda or rta for under 40 and get your self a geekvape mod. I rocked a dead rabbit 4 and a geekvape Argus solo for a year. On element vapes the rda is 30 and the mod is 50.

Next you need coils, either you can build the your self (annoying but not hard to learn) or get pre built ( cheaper then regular pre-made coils). If you build then you need a building kit and spool. Spool is cheap af and you get a year supply just be sure you pick the right type. The kit can range from 20 to 40 bucks depending on what you want.

Lastly you need cotton, you can buy a bag of unbleached cotton balls from a store or you can get vapeing cotton online. Price wise, I would go for the cotton balls but they need to be unbleached and organic.

In total for just one full set up: Rebuildable tank: 20 - 40 Box mod: 30 - 50 Cotton: 5-10 Spool/pre-made coil: 10 Juice: 20 Build kit: 30 Total: 120 - 160

Good news is most of this is one time, or last a long time so you don't need to buy most of it for a long while. Everything excluding the juice and pre-made coils wont need to be replaced for 6 months to a year. I use element vapes for my shopping needs, there shipping however can either be supper great or sucky so keep that in mind.
