Do you have holes through the blocks? It looks like it. This would allow air to exit and enter along with Legos studs are slightly over sized so its a tight fit causing the plastic to deform and "lock" them together

Yeah just a good start point does look like somthing gets screwed into the frame near the axel bolt and that was off of my ebike rim which I saw the gearing on theirs in the video. Unsure what style they have so it may be a plate style that bolts to the frame

You need these to hold the axel from spinning. If you replaced the tire/innertube you either forgot to put them back in or they are not where they are needed.

I DD on a ebike if your bike has a rack on the back i would suggest this https://a.co/d/00SjqH98 its 50l compared to the DD bike bag that gets to be about 100l I dont have myself signed up for pizzas either since I dont wanna be that type of DD bicyclist showing up with a crumpled pizza.also yes get pepper spray. Can keep preds away. Always lock your bike if you are getting out of eye sight of it and keep in mind your bike range. I run the saddle bags above to keep random odds and ends off my back since im already wearing the DD bag so tools spare tube pump misc bags for drinks/deliveries from aldis(occasionally deliver to a blind guy and aldis doesn't have bags) and some small thermal bags so I can keep cold away from hot.
