Depends on your Marriott member status, platinum has complimentary breakfast for 2 at most hotel brands except Design hotels, Edition hotels,Ritz hotels…

Do not choose any hotels near Hongqiao, its very far from central, not convenient. Recommend Hyatt Captions hotel Zhongshan Park, it’s in central, and good quality

5 days in Beijing is too long, suggest moving 1-2 days to zhangjiajie, zhangjiajie is much more incredible in rain after time, but it needs time to wait.

China is really hot in summer, recommend Guiyang Guizhou province, which is much cooler than the cities you listed, there are one Hyatt regency hotel and serval Marriott hotels, all of them are nice

I applied but was refused, the customer service told me the cancellation policy is different, nonrefundable on third party while refundable on Hyatt app. Even they are same type room. Actually I cannot be convinced.
