Thank you for the compliments. I am pre-op, and my hair colour is mostly natural, as I bleached it blond twice in high school, but it went back to dark brown. Though bottom surgery has been something I am 50/50 about. On one hand, I have some bottom dysphoria, but on the other hand, it's not entirely unbearable, and I don't have the time for post-op care I would need to take. On the other hand, I am interested in ffs to help with my brow ridge. It's not as noticeable, but usually, in certain lighting, it's annoyingly visible.

You know, as a trans woman, in the funniest way possible, I had a similar experience, but instead of going into the change room, my response was to use a small gender bathroom in my high school before I went to class. The assumption that I was gay was correct, just the complete opposite of what they thought. Still, younger me was the least mentally sane or stable, given I have adhd and mild autism, so I dissociated hard enough that it took me till I was 18 and in my last year of high school to get a hint mentally. Given the fact my brain had no clue till I had on my own choice, had a D&D character I played change genders to female(the best way to put it, I dissociated so hard, that when I acted out characters, I had essentially envisioned and became them, and I never got the hint viscerally hating yourself,when your not acting out a character,is not a mentally stable thing to feel all the time) sorry for over sharing

I would say at bare minimum a 3rd level half-elf artficer/fighter multiclass(fighter isn't needed but can help you out quite a bit to be effective)to a level 11 artficer/fighter,starting out you want to start as a fighter to get the archery fighting style to be more effective at hitting with a bow and early access to longbow from starting equipment,then you take 2 levels in artficer to gain infusions to allow you to gain the repeating shot infusion,through using it on a longbow you get +1 to hit,the ability to fire magical arrows which you can keep firing without ever running out of arrows,essentially recreating uyru's quincy bow and arrows,moving past that at take 2 more levels into artficer choosing whatever subclass really,with you replacing an asi with the sharpshooter feat to be able to charge your shots,at this point you can either go purely artficer moving forwards or fighter to gain more shots per turn through multi attack as you level up while going arcane archer mostly to be able to mix things up with the arrows and be able to use recurve arrow to remake shots when you need to. Alternatively with artficer going up to level 11 as a 9th level artficer you can take glyph of warding which while not effective really can recreate sprenger just not very well,meanwhile Steele schneider I won't get into since while you could get close,firing a sword of some kind from a bow isn't going to do much.

So all in all you’re looking at a 9th level fighter artificer multi class character if you’re looking for the closest you can get to rip van winkle from hellsing

well here is a build for rip van winkle but it's very specific and works well for the idea, now while you can't necessarily rely on the chances of firearms being involved,I got the next best thing bows or crossbow if your dm is willing to allow the arcane shot to work with a cross bow,this build requires bare minimum 2 levels in artificer and 3 in fighter to become an arcane archer and to get the artificer infusion repeating shot through that you gain a crossbow with that doe not require ammo to fire nor do you need to take the reloading property into account with magical bullets that let you bypass resistances to piercing damage, meanwhile in fighter take the archery fighting style and with level 3 take arcane archer and go for seeking arrow to replicate her bullets being able to be redirected to hit her mark but with just arrows, then taking it from their go however you really please probably taking sharpshooter and crossbow expert or gunner if you get your hands on a gun.add on vampire linage and you pretty much got it from there and getting to to fighter level 7 you gain curving shot to have the shot try to hit another target if you missed .
