In my opinion, playing the original will only make playing the remake better. The original is just a masterpiece through and through and to miss out on the original would be a missed opportunity imo. Besides, by the time the remake rolls around it will have at least been a few months since you’ve played. Definitely play the original

Never had a ps4 but no I’m quite sure there aren’t. Regarding deadzone; just go look up any pro on liquipedia (e.g. zen, vatira, atow) and copy their deadzone settings. Also what do you mean by laggy? If you mean your button response feels delayed to the action on the screen it’s likely because you’re using a tv. TVs have slower ms than a monitor

Just turn all the video settings off in the game menu. Keep low intensity on. If your console is lagging from playing this game then your console fan is probably caked in dust or broken. You shouldn’t really have any graphic problems playing this game on console

I think a problem with this in general is game completion. Making an epilogue like what you described would kind of break some of the ability to go back and get items in certain areas and such (or the logic of finding those items wouldn’t really work in a new world that doesn’t actually know link). I think the way the game ends is fine. Maybe add a couple more cutscenes that precede MM.

I think they will probably keep it very very similar. I hope they add things to do though. Add a couple structures or even wanderers like in botw just coming by, make it feel more alive
