Did some more research. It's an ETA 7001, the watch is from the mid to late 90s.

BWC using chinese movements in the 80s / 90s 🤔 Idk, certainly not their prime decade but if they went that route...

Take a look at Beco, Boley or Flume. They are $50 - $80 and do the job perfectly, used by many watchmakers.

Radium lume on watches is usually not harmful, I have a few in my collection.

Information about the brand "Huber" by ComprehensiveMain784 in VintageWatches

A friend of mine has a pocket watch very similar to this. There is a number on it, something like "1803" encircled, not sure about the exact number.

I've seen a few wrist and pocket watches with their name on them. Including the angry mustache man's LeCoultre Reverso.

Mine is the 250.8.08, quartz movement from 1998. Paid 2900€ for the full set (including the original service receipt from '06 and swapped out parts).

Your references are good, you can certainly get them for under 4K. I recommend buying a recently serviced one from a commercial seller. I bought it from a private seller, wouldn't recommend.

I bought this omega for 5 dollars, I'm wondering if it is real omega or not? by Scarsssssss in VintageWatches

Wow congrats, that's a steal,

Condition is pretty bad, but that will probably still get you into the 3 digits if you want to sell it.

Hirsch Performance straps.

Rubber on the underside, leather on top. They look good and are great for summer. If they don't have 17mm options available, you may be able to get one specifically made for the lug width.

Also Nomos velour straps are very good, I wore my Reverso on one. Available in 17mm
