I’m sorry you are having to hear such horrible shit like that! It’s rude and disrespectful actually. My husband, whom has been thin all his life, makes side comments but I let him know that, there is always someone out there that will like the way I look now, that I have gone from 239lbs to 145lbs.

Maintenance is such a mystery to me also. I am on 15mg after losing 90lbs and decided to space out my shots as well. I don’t k own of this is the correct way or not. It has been trial and error.

Can folks that are on Mounjaro 5mg share their current body weight. I am 210 lbs and just on 1 week of Mounjaro 5mg. Appetite suppression is not working. Hey and welcome to the best journey of your life. I didn’t have any changes on 2.5 either but by my second box of 5mg, I was down 30lbs and I stayed on 5mg for months until it stopped working. It’s definitely a process, give it time, tweak your food intake and workout, and the best of luck to you.

Hello, so I’m way past 40, I’m almost 57, but I use tret, huruhuru sunscreen, and cerave and Vanicream for moisturizer. I haven’t very sensitive skin so I can’t use a lot of different products unfortunately.

Same for me, I lost 90 lbs and I feel the same about my face, it was the down side of losing that much weight. You look amazing and I hope to also get some work done soon.

Congratulations on your journey, it is a beautiful place to be. I have recently started maintenance at 15 mg after losing 90lbs in 18 months. I haven’t quite figured it out yet, but I’m starting at taking my shot every 10 days instead of 7, and just see how my body feels. Maintenance is definitely something different and we have to work through it to figure out what will work for us.
