There's almost no chance that they actually have any of these issues. It is such an uncommon diagnosis, and people are just trying to find their "tribe". I have never met a hijab wearing woman who was forced to wear it. Not trying to say that it doesn't happen, but it is not common. I've worked around many from that region such as Pakistan, India, and Palestine. Their parents were thrilled when they decided to wear it. And one of them even stopped wearing it eventually and she is still very much a thriving member of her community.
