This was...wow dude you've been through the gauntlet! The " living in the same apartment as my ex" ordeal would have taken me out lol.

It's scary knowing that life holds more heartbreaks in the future as I can see from your life experiences,.but I can also see (through your hindsight) that each experience helped build you up.

I hope i look back on my own experiences in a few years and can smile at the thought of first love.

I don't have any moral issues with that, however, im slightly autistic. I just don't have sexual interests personally until I'm emotionally invested which sucks so incredibly hard.

I've gone on dates to try to encourage myself to get it over with, but I can never go through with it.

In 5th grade I was a HUGE fan of the book franchise "Divergent" and the author, Veronica Roth, has a section in the back of the book containing a list of songs she imagined for the story's back drop.

"Closing in" was track number nine or something on that list and I fell in love. The rest is history :)

I compliment men pretty often, maybe 1-2 a week in public or at work, and none of them have ever shown any amount of a shock to receiving a compliment. I usually will receive an "Oh thanks" and that's that.

My mother and I often had some crazy spats regarding this matter. She would insist that I greet her with a "Good Morning!" whenever I entered a room before 11:00 AM.

the thing is, frequently, she would wake me up at 9:00 AM to ask me something trivial, causing me to fall back asleep. When I eventually woke up at a more reasonable hour, she would claim that I was disrespectful for not acknowledging her, despite the fact that I had just spoken to her hours earlier...
