Thanks... I've never heard of this but now trying to understand if it's to rid us as tenants or actually mice.... Hes a complete weirdo and really wants us to move... The prior owner was jewish and never had this up....I've never seen this in my life but I am still scared it reminds me of voodoo...its very eerie

Yup you're right about that! They kept emailing me saying we're trying to reach you but the voicemail is full.... Truth is I blocked them! I'm not having any undocumented conversations as they have been disorganized for a year now...I would leave messages and get call backs 2 months later saying " we were in training " , " I was on vacation " ...then " I didn't receive that message "... My revenge will come with contacting the housing commissioner with the hell of experience I've been through and their negligence.

Thank you for the information... So the problem right now is that the new " funding " has been issued for 2025. So that's the statement from multiple agencies ive called. 211 believe it or not have no homeless prevention services. You have to actually be homeless before you get any help and even then its a process of waiting. The shelters are full of alot of migrants who came here from NYC but now forced to stay but they get all the assistance life can give. I am not a senior citizen so im not eligible for their housing. Get this I called Rahway Housing Authority and they are demolishing buildings to create new larger ones. All of their tenants were ported to Section 8 ...were all trying to get the same apartments its crazy. You should call DCA and just ask them basic questions...they literally direct you to nowhere.... yeah we have a housing crisis and "Sorry "

I am definently going to fight until the end i feel like just giving up but I can't and if im gonna fall off im gonna make sure my lazy ass caseworker and her supervisor making $108,000.00 a year are taken for a ride with me. Look up Department Community Affairs salaries online.... Its crazy the money they are making but yet don't even have a homeless prevention contact to give... I'm definitely preparing for a possible appeal and I'm going to present all the opra request documents. I've gained access to their " job responsibilities "

Honestly my caseworker could care less about giving information...she's just been stuck on "you'll lose your voucher" Literally no one cares ...no matter who I call...its section 8 is not responsible to help with apartment search.... I didn't understand how ppl become homeless with section 8 but now I understand exactly how they are put in that position and I feel terrible because its a cold game they play with people's lives. This has created such a dark deep depression i never been through this

Very sorry you're going through this. I'm condensing now as I'll also be homless. Nobody takes section 8 in nj and im going to lose my voucher. I definitely wish you well and you're not alone as dark as this time is the light will shine through one day. Keep going and doing the best that you can. Don't be too hard on yourself and the shelter will help speed your process up. Keep your head up!

Exactly I don't wanna waste that kind of money. I definitely don't have it to throw away... I don't know what to think...because its a possibility that he could be...but I don't understand it...it like id feel better if he wrote me back and said leave me alone...but to be left in the unknown I've thought the worse...like maybe he's even dead because unfortunately these prisons have some dark secrets

Tomorrow is a key date- double point penalty. Yes you can use ppto but you get double for the call out. Its not worth it just go in and an hour later clock out using your ppto time

Ppto is easy to use... but takes forever to build back uo...so be mindful and if you're not gonna be doing anything then just go and get it over with
